This project is evaluating the impact of women's employment choices on their level of happiness and well-being. More specifically, it focuses on women who have careers that allow them to spend more quality time with their families (family friendly careers).

To measure these factors, a sample of 50 women in different employment situations (full-time work, full-time homemakers, and those who have constructed family friendly careers) is being taken. The findings are being analyzed to measure different levels of satisfaction.

Results are to be presented at professional conferences. They will also be published in peer-reviewed journals and included in a book.
