This study is focusing on children's development in different social and cultural environments. It examines how non-family, family, and personal processes work together to affect the way young children socialize and communicate.
Parenting, family, and social skills data for this project is being gathered in China and Provo, Utah. The project will also include information obtained in the Families of Children With Disabilities project and other research being conducted by speech-language pathology faculty.
