Assessing the Utility and Impact of the Family Proclamation Virtual Library

The Family Proclamation Virtual Library provides practical, research-based educational information to a web audience within the framework of the Proclamation on the Family. It is an information and skills site, designed to promote change. It is assumed that transformative change can occur as proclamation-based ideas are understood and meaningfully applied in family life. The study will address the following ideas:

1. How do Internet users formatively evaluate proclamation-based materials available on the web via The Family Proclamation Virtual Library?
2. What ideas are being used at home and how?
3. How are marital and family processes being affected by the use of these ideas?

Data for this study will be taken from answers to surveys presented online consisting of questions about the usefulness of the site and application of the specific ideas suggested.
