Family Friendly Work Policies

, Organizational Leadership and Strategy

The purpose of this study is to examine a company's responsibility concerning work and family issues and to provide recommendations ensuring that benefit from a company's work and family programs.

Research is being based on a study of companies listed in the "Top 100 Best Companies to Work For" and "Top 100 Companies for Working Mothers". The study will determine how work-family programs and policies are implemented equitably throughout organizations.

Additional research is being conducted to determine if these "family friendly" policies have an impact on organizational commitment, citizenship, job attachment and work/family conflict.
