The focus of this project is to explore the influence of parents on their children’s attributional biases. It seeks to illuminate intergenerational processes and, accordingly, to further define the potential role of parents in helping their children to accommodate the demands of social interaction. This type of research is beneficial in developing social skills training programs that target child behavior problems.
