The purpose of this outreach project is to develop comprehensive, multi-level, integrated marriage education services for the Hispanic population in Utah County, focusing on higher-risk years (high school, young pre-marrieds, engaged couples, transition to parenthood), including educational interventions at different levels. A healthy marriage infrastructure with tailored program offerings is necessary to help reduce marital risks and build strengths among higher-risk populations.
