Little is known about the utility and impact of web-based family life education on marriages and families, let alone that education which employs a proclamation perspective. This long-term study seeks to help fill this gap by assessing the utility and influence of a new web-based resource for strengthening marriages and families: The Family Proclamation Virtual Library.
