The purpose of the Utah County Hispanic Marriage Initiative (termed "the initiative") is to develop comprehensive, multi-level marriage education for the Hispanic population in Utah County, focusing on higher-risk years (sudh as high school, young pre-marrieds, commited couples who plan to marry, transition to parenting couples, as well as married with children couples) and involving interventions at different levels of intensity (low, moderate, high)
